Job Description
- Self-starter, detail oriented, organized and able to accomplish directives with minimal supervision
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- CPM or RPA designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Property Management for a Class A Office Building is required.
- Familiarity with lease administration, tenant relations, operating budgets, recoveries and recharges, reporting, financial and otherwise, maintenance, contracts, contractor management, tenant improvements, and capital projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and discretion
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Word and Excel is an absolute must
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software and Bill.com invoice processing is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Serve as landlord’s representative with tenants, contractors, and clients to foster and maintain positive, professional, responsive, and cooperative relationships
- Respond to tenant needs and resolve problems promptly in accordance with the lease
- Assist in accurate interpretation of leases and other property documents such as REAS, OEAS, Maintenance and Service Agreements, Surveys, etc.
- Assist in administration of lease terms and compliance
- Regular interactions with tenants, including tenant interviews
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in timely completion and submission of required bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting as may be required by the Regional Manager and Asset Manager/EVP.
- Communicate with and assist leasing parties in property lease-up efforts
- Coordinate and conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Insurance/Incident reporting
- Assist and participate in marketing and building promotions
- Available for after-hours emergencies.
- Constant and clear communication with property management team (Regional Manager, Senior Building Engineer and Junior Building Engineer)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager and Asset Manager/EVP
