Leasing Associate
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing lease proposals
- Doing site tours
- Negotiating Letters of Intent
- Continually initiating new leasing contacts
- Cold calling prospective tenants to market property vacancies
- Prepare status reports
- Work with Asset Management to complete documents & budgets
- Assisting in the creation of leasing plans
- Composing difficult correspondence
- Organizing complex material
- Preparing and assembling leasing materials
- Prioritizing a heavy volume of phone calls
- Screening all calls and responding accordingly
- Updating call lists & to do lists
- Maintaining Executive Vice President’s Leasing calendar
- Scheduling and arranging appointments
- Handling all travel plans
- Assisting Acquisitions team on underwriting
- Attending trade shows & industry events
Qualified candidates MUST have prior experience in Leasing either Industrial or Retail projects. Must also be a self-starter who is able to work independently. Must have knowledge of lease negotiations and lease language. Must also be comfortable working in a faced paced environment, with excellent flexibility and multitasking skills. Bachelor’s degree required.
