Job Description
NexMetro Communities is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of stabilized + lease-up residential assets. You’ll serve as the primary owner representative, partner closely with third-party property management teams, and help execute business plans to maximize asset value and deliver strong investor returns.
What you’ll do:
- Drive NOI and portfolio performance
- Lead monthly financial reviews + forecasting
- Support lease-up strategy and operations
- Monitor capital / financing strategy
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years real estate experience (2+ in asset management)
- Strong financial modeling + Excel skills
- Multifamily/residential portfolio experience (Yardi a plus)
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
