Responsibilities
· Underwrite new acquisition and financing opportunities, including detailed financial modeling and sensitivity analysis
· Assist in capital markets transactions, including debt and equity placement, refinancings, and recapitalizations
· Support asset management across existing assets: performance tracking, variance analysis, and business plan updates
· Prepare investment committee memos, offering materials, and lender/investor presentations
· Conduct market research, rent and sales comps, and capital markets research to support investment decisions
