Our multifamily strategy targets investments in vibrant, high-growth metros such as Northern Virginia, Richmond, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Greenville, Columbia, Indianapolis, and Columbus. PRP plans to expand its multifamily portfolio by 3,000 units over the next 18 months, and we’re looking for high-potential professionals who want to grow with us.

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Associate or Manager, depending on candidate qualifications, to join our Multifamily Acquisitions team. This role offers direct access to deal execution, capital relationships, and the opportunity to take ownership of key U.S. markets over time. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven, and experienced in underwriting, sourcing, and executing institutional-grade real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

·         Source off-market and marketed transactions via relationships with brokers, developers, and owners

·         Underwrite deals across PRP’s core and opportunistic multifamily strategies using Excel and Archer

·         Develop and present investment memos and pitch materials for internal and external stakeholders

·         Drive transaction execution: lead due diligence, coordinate third-party consultants, legal, and closing teams

·         Interface with lenders and equity partners, including preparing financial models and deal presentations

·         Support senior leadership in refining acquisition strategy and targeting high-value markets

·         Collaborate cross-functionally with asset management, property management, and operations teams

·         Travel to assets and markets as needed for diligence and relationship development

Ideal Candidate Profile

·         4–8 years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, or capital markets

·         Strong experience underwriting and closing deals in the $30M–$300M+ range (including portfolios)

·         Advanced Excel modeling skills and comfort using Archer or similar underwriting tools

·         Strong understanding of debt, JV structures, legal docs, and the full transaction lifecycle

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to confidently represent PRP to sellers, brokers, capital providers

·         High integrity, proactive problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Compensation & Benefits

·         Competitive base salary

·         Performance-based bonus and transactional participation

·         Comprehensive healthcare, 401(k), and benefits

·         Travel and business development support

·         Long-term opportunity to grow into a leadership role
