Shelter Rock Capital Group is looking to fill an Associate position focused on project management in its New York Office. Shelter Rock is a global capital advisory firm focused exclusively on real estate. Shelter Rock advises its clients on customized capital solutions across closed and open-ended funds, joint ventures, and recapitalizations. The Shelter Rock team has deep, global relationships with a wide range of institutional investors. The new team member will be an integral part of the team and will work across a variety of clients and transactions.

 Position Requirements:
Seeking candidate with 3-5 years of real estate experience, preferably in consulting, capital advisory or investor relations. Qualified candidates combine outstanding academic credentials with strong interpersonal and analytical skills; a demonstrated interest in real estate; excellent writing skills; proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint; impeccable attention to detail; solid work ethic; an entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive for excellence, both personal and organizational.
