The primary responsibilities for this position will be conducting the analytical work and presentation preparation related to the underwriting of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and development opportunities, the development of annual property level and corporate budgets, ad hoc financial analysis projects, and investor presentations/reports.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area (e.g. finance or economics)
· 2+ year(s) of relevant real estate finance related job experience
· Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
· Experience in financial analysis
· Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively with time constraints
· Detail oriented
· High degree of initiative, ability to learn, understand and identify solutions
· Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
· Integrity and trustworthiness
