Since inception, the firm has raised five institutional closed-end funds totaling over $1B in equity capital, with over $400MM committed to Fund V.

Through our vertically integrated platform with our management partner, GL Partners Management (GLPM), we align acquisitions, asset management, and operations to drive disciplined execution and long-term value creation. Our culture is grounded in integrity, responsibility, synergy, community and care—with a strong belief that durable performance is built by strong people

The Role
We are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join our investment team in Beverly Hills. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full deal lifecycle—from initial underwriting through closing—while working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

The ideal candidate is analytically rigorous, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious, with the ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and take ownership of work product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain pro forma underwriting models for acquisition and recapitalization opportunities, incorporating T12 financials, rent rolls, market data, operating and capital assumptions, and tax analysis
  • Perform supporting analyses including rent surveys, sales comps, supply pipeline research, sensitivity and scenario analysis
  • Analyze macro- and market-level trends such as employment growth, migration, supply dynamics, rent growth, and occupancy
  • Prepare investment summaries and materials for internal review and Investment Committee discussions
  • Support pipeline tracking, broker relationships, and deal flow management
  • Assist with due diligence efforts, including vendor coordination, third-party report review, and capital and operating budget analysis
  • Conduct property tours and document observations for senior team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Construction Management, and Property Management teams
Abilities/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, with a focus on multifamily CRE
  • Previous experience in real estate equity investment, real estate lending, or brokerage strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in excel, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and real estate investment software
  • Experience with complex partnership and waterfall structures preferred
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and software to improve analytical efficiency
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 plus merit-based discretionary bonus
  • Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Life insurance, long-term disability, and Employee Assistance Program
