Job Description
- Source and originate high-quality opportunities nationwide using deep market intelligence and industry relationships.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle—sourcing, underwriting, internal approvals, negotiations, due diligence, financing, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, lenders, owners, receivers, and other key partners.
- Refine investment strategies, analyze markets, and deliver insights that guide executive decisions.
- Prepare and present investment memos to leadership and the investment committee.
- Partner across finance, legal, asset management, construction & development to ensure flawless execution and transition post-close.
- 7–10 years of acquisitions experience with a concentration in multifamily, distressed, industrial, and/or land assets.
- Proven success sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise (including IRR, equity multiple, cash on cash, sensitivity/scenario analysis).
- Deep capital markets knowledge and experience with exchanges and debt financing.
- A strong industry network and demonstrated ability to generate deal flow.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
