Job Description
- Perform accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, coding, and payment preparation, and record related general ledger entries and supporting documentation in accordance with established policies and controls
- Perform accounts receivable and cash receipts activities, including recording deposits, posting receipts, and supporting routine collections tracking and reporting
- Support the month-end close process through timely preparation of assigned reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation, including bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support intercompany accounting activities, including recording intercompany journal entries, monitoring balances, and preparing related billings
- Prepare assigned financial reports and supporting schedules for internal reporting, tax preparation, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organized, accurate, and auditable workpapers to support review and approval processes
- Identify discrepancies, issues, or variances and escalate in accordance with established procedures and review protocols
- Coordinate with the Controller, Accounting Managers, and other team members to resolve routine accounting questions, follow-ups, and information requests

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3–4 years of accounting experience in a professional services, real estate, or multi-entity environment
- Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for review
- Hands-on experience performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions, including month-end close
- Strong attention to detail and documentation standards
- Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately
- Proficiency using accounting systems and tools to support full-cycle accounting activities, including strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP-based financial reporting environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to document work performed and coordinate with the Controller and accounting team members
