We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Spring Analyst to work closely with the Capital Markets team on all aspects of capital markets within the firm, including portfolio management, fundraising, performing analysis to inform decision-making and executing on key strategic initiatives. This position is located in our Corporate Office located in Manhattan, NY! We are accepting PT and FT applicants!

American Landmark's Spring Analyst Program is an in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides the Spring Analyst with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in American Landmark's culture.
Responsibilities:
This individual will support fundraising, portfolio management, as well as manage existing investor relations. This individual will support all aspects of the fundraising process from potential investor due diligence and financial analysis, to managing investor information requests, tracking investor activity, and creating and updating marketing documents. In addition, they will support post-marketing investor relations initiatives including the creation of fund- or investor-specific materials/analyses. Other responsibilities will include conducting real estate private equity industry research (both qualitative and quantitative) and preparing for investor meetings.
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Building Excel models that forecast fund performance, and cash flows
- Participating in and creating materials for fund raising and internal meetings with senior-level stakeholders across American Landmark
- Preparing quarterly reports to update investors on fund performance and operational updates
Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student
