Job Description
- Conduct in-person tours of luxury apartments and amenities
- Deliver a premium, white-glove leasing experience aligned with brand standards
- Engage, qualify, and follow up with prospective residents
- Execute lease applications, approvals, and documentation in compliance with NYC regulations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and leasing software
- Collaborate with onsite management, concierge, and marketing teams
- Stay current on NYC market trends, comps, and building availability
- Represent the property professionally at all times, including during high-traffic weekends
- Active New York State Real Estate License (required)
- Minimum 2-3+ years of NYC leasing experience, preferably in luxury or Class A buildings
- Strong understanding of NYC leasing laws, fair housing, and compliance
- Proven sales ability with a track record of closing leases
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury branding
- Comfortable using leasing/CRM software and digital applications
- Reliable weekend/weekday availability and punctuality
- Luxury high-rise or full-service residential buildings
- New development or lease-up experience
- Familiarity with Manhattan luxury market
