Job Description

 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Leasing Agent to support the Senior Leasing Director and leasing team to launch a newly developed boutique luxury rental property in New York City. This role is ideal for a service-driven real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch leasing environment and is eager to grow within the luxury residential industry. 

The Junior Leasing Agent will serve as a frontline representative of the property, assisting with tours, leasing activity, administrative coordination, and weekly reporting while helping ensure seamless experience for prospective residents.  On-site presence required. 

Key Responsibilities 

Leasing Support 
  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting unit features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits
  • Actively participate in leasing efforts, including qualifying prospects and assisting with applications
  • Represent the property with professionalism and a luxury-level customer service mindset
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of unit layouts, pricing, availability, and promotions

Administrative & Team Support 
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Senior Leasing Director and leasing team
  • Manage prospect follow-ups and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of daily/weekly leasing reports, traffic summaries, and quarterly comparative performance metrics
  • Support day-to-day leasing office operations to ensure efficiency and organization

Marketing & Prospect Engagement 
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with open houses, broker events, and property launches as needed
  • Ensure leasing materials, model units, and common areas are tour-ready at all times

Qualifications 
  • 1–2 years of experience in residential leasing, real estate, hospitality, or luxury sales preferred
  • New York State Real Estate Salesperson License 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
