Responsible for running a cutting edge owned Class A commercial portfolio of specialized assets.  The individual will oversee property management and operations.  They will supervise the Property Managers and act as Asset Manager over third party engineering.  The portfolio is Class A specialized commercial with new development.   As Vice President/Market Leader everything reports up to you with full P&L responsibility.   This is a high profile first of its kind development with a high profile that could easily be done in other parts of California and the country.     There is a unique outside political element to the opportunity that will afford this leader exceptional opportunities.
