Job Description
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that properties adhere to and meet the investment proforma and strategy established at acquisition or as it may change at the direction of ownership.
- Reviewing performance of portfolio assets compared to budget and original underwriting on a regular basis.
- Conducting Argus file and cash flow updates on a regular basis, including monitoring and tracking of property capital projects and balances.
- Directing annual property operating budgets; providing final approval of operating budgets before sending to partners.
- Monitoring real estate tax projections and coordinating with real estate tax counsel.
- Coordinating with fund management team to provide investor updates.
- Interacting with partners and various internal departments to ensure financial goals of the asset are maintained and achieved.
- Assisting with due diligence, including budget review, lease review, service contract review, and coordination of third-party initiatives.
- Coordinate with acquisition team and external parties on asset dispositions and refinancings, as needed.
- Providing underwriting support for acquisition team, as-needed.
