Job Description

This is a full-time, remote Associate Broker role. The Associate Broker will work closely with clients to facilitate lease negotiations, assist with property acquisitions and sales, provide tenant representation, and build strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities involve conducting facility tours, preparing contracts, supporting clients, and staying current with market trends. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering client-centric real estate solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in Real Estate, managing transactions
Colorado brokerage license
Proficiency in Sales, relationship-building, and client engagement
Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with market evaluation and reporting tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation for multiple meetings throughout the Front Range, daily.
