Position Summary
 We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage and optimize a nationwide portfolio of industrial warehouse assets. This role is responsible for driving financial results, overseeing property operations, supporting leasing efforts, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance overall portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with property teams, leasing professionals, construction staff, and ownership stakeholders. 
Primary Responsibilities 
  • Asset & Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of multiple industrial properties across the country, ensuring alignment with operational and financial targets. Handle day-to-day ownership responsibilities, including maintenance coordination, invoice processing, and CAM reconciliations. 
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and track annual budgets, review financial reports, and analyze variances. Contribute to investor reporting, distribution modeling, and loan compliance requirements. 
  • Leasing Coordination & Tenant Engagement: Work closely with leasing partners to maintain and improve occupancy levels and rental income. Provide support in lease negotiations and renewals while fostering strong tenant relationships and ensuring adherence to lease terms. 
  • Capital Improvements & Property Upkeep: Partner with internal construction and project teams to manage capital projects, renovations, and major repairs. Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall project execution to meet investment goals. 
  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with senior leadership and ownership to identify and implement value-enhancing opportunities across the portfolio. 
  • Acquisitions & Transitions: Assist with onboarding new assets and refinancing efforts by coordinating transition activities and maintaining operational continuity. 
  • Evolving Scope: Duties may be adjusted as business needs evolve. 

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Approximately 5–10+ years of relevant experience in asset or property management, preferably within industrial or logistics real estate 
  • Familiarity with Excel and Yardi is beneficial but not required 
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party vendors, brokers, and on-site teams 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with tenants and external partners 
  • Highly organized with solid project management capabilities and attention to detail
