The Opportunity

We are seeking a Deal Sourcing & Outreach Professional to build a direct, off-market origination channel by developing actionable relationships with property owners in our core markets.

This is a high-output sourcing role for someone with demonstrable previous experience creating commercial real estate opportunities through direct outreach, owner engagement, canvassing, industry relationships, or other origination channels. The ideal candidate has previously owned or meaningfully contributed to an acquisitions, brokerage, leasing, or real estate origination pipeline and can hit the ground running.

This role offers direct exposure to firm principals, a clear mandate to impact transaction volume, and significant performance-based upside.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with the principals of the firm and our acquisitions team to convert leads into acquisition opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain targeted property and owner lists in core focus markets
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to shopping center owners
  • Identify and prioritize assets that fit AGW’s investment criteria
  • Communicate AGW’s value proposition with credibility and professionalism
  • Qualify properties based on location, tenancy, ownership profile, asset quality, and upside
  • Secure owner meetings and obtain property financial information
  • Nurture long-term relationships and manage follow-up pipelines
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and reporting
  • Coordinate with acquisitions leadership on opportunity handoffs


Qualifications

The ideal candidate has strong, analogous previous experience sourcing commercial real estate opportunities for brokers, owners, investors, or real estate platforms. We are looking for someone with the judgment, urgency, and discipline to create actionable pipeline in our target markets.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong relevant experience in sourcing, brokerage, acquisitions, business development, or owner outreach
  • Demonstrated history of prospecting owners, brokers, landlords, tenants, or other real estate decision-makers
  • Familiarity with industry tools used to identify target properties, ownership, contact information, and market intelligence
  • Strong understanding of property fundamentals
  • Ability to quickly discern which properties are attractive based on AGW’s criteria and portfolio
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined follow-up habits
  • Exceptional communication, sales, and organizational skills
  • Comfort working directly with firm principals in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment


Compensation

Compensation for this role includes a base salary of approximately $100,000, with meaningful performance incentives tied to closed transactions and other material pipeline milestones.

We are seeking a top-performing industry candidate with uncapped upside tied directly to results.
