Asset Manager

Position Overview

The Asset Manager will be responsible for driving the performance and execution of business plans

across a commercial real estate portfolio. This role is highly hands-on and requires direct

involvement in leasing, tenant relations, capital projects, and day-to-day operational oversight.

Working closely with ownership, third-party property managers, brokers, and vendors, the Asset

Manager will ensure alignment across all stakeholders while maintaining control of strategy, financial

performance, and asset-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead asset-level business plan execution to drive NOI growth and value creation

• Oversee leasing strategy, including LOI negotiations, renewals, and market positioning

• Maintain direct relationships with tenants and proactively address operational needs

• Manage and oversee third-party property managers to ensure best-in-class building operations

• Coordinate capital projects, including budgeting, scoping, and execution with architects, engineers,

and contractors

• Review operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and expense performance vs. underwriting

• Identify and implement cost savings and efficiency initiatives across assets

• Monitor market conditions, comparable leasing activity, and asset positioning

• Prepare investment memos, reporting, and ownership updates

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management

• Strong understanding of leasing, property operations, and financial analysis

• Experience working with third-party property managers and service providers

• Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills
