Analyst, R4 Capital Funding (Fund Management)

R4 Capital Funding (“R4CF”) is seeking to hire a New York City-based Analyst to support its Fund Management team, who are responsible for the capital raising efforts of a nationwide affordable multifamily housing lending platform. Core responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and presenting individual real estate performance data and aggregate loan portfolio metrics
• Developing and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and external distribution
• Circulating construction progress reports and capital calls to institutional investors
• Preparing quarterly loan valuations
• Collaborating with Loan Servicing and Asset Management teams to improve data collection and reporting
• Other analytical and administrative duties as needed to support the R4CF team

The desired candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework or internship experience in finance, statistics, data analytics, or a related field
• Zero (0) to two (2) years of employment experience in a related field
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ease in working collaboratively with colleagues and within team settings
• Demonstrated proficiency and confidence working in the Microsoft suite
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, MRI, or similar platforms) is a plus
