Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager
Location: Dayton, Ohio (Hybrid with regular on-site property visits)
Employment Type: Part-time/Contract/1099
Commitment: 16 hours or 2 business days per week, these include regular meetings, portfolio reviews, budgeting, leasing oversight, and strategic planning.
Compensation: Competitive Monthly Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Leasing Incentives (Commensurate with Experience)
Performance Bonus: Up to 20–30% of annual compensation if agreed-upon goals are achieved (occupancy, NOI growth, capital projects, etc.)

We are a private commercial real estate investment company focused on acquiring, repositioning, and operating office, mixed-use, and redevelopment properties throughout Ohio. Our growing portfolio includes several prominent downtown Dayton assets with significant value-add and redevelopment opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Asset Manager to lead the strategic management of our portfolio, maximize asset value, increase occupancy, and oversee all aspects of leasing, operations, and capital planning.
Position Summary
The Asset Manager will serve as the owner's representative and be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize the financial performance and long-term value of each property.
This individual will work directly with ownership while managing property managers, leasing brokers, contractors, consultants, and other third-party service providers.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and experienced in repositioning underperforming commercial assets.
