Real Estate Investment Analyst

Overview

We are a well-capitalized, New York-based private investment firm with an 8-year track record of investing in alternative assets.

The Real Estate team oversees a high-quality direct real estate portfolio including industrial, multifamily, and retail properties located across 9 states. Our typical investment size is $5-$35 million of equity.

We are seeking an Investment Analyst who can play a role in both analyzing new real estate investment opportunities and managing our existing portfolio. Responsibilities will include building out financial models, drafting investment committee memos, conducting market research, and supporting the execution of property-level business plans.

Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate the following skills/experience:

· Minimum two years of experience in real estate analysis and valuation

· Attention to detail

· Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts

· Demonstrated skill using Argus, Excel and PowerPoint

· Tenacious, thoughtful, well-organized

· Ability to communicate clearly in person and through written investment memos

· Team player who will contribute positively to a firmwide culture of success, intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and fun
