The Opportunity

The Kase Group is seeking driven, entrepreneurial professionals with 3+ years of commercial real estate investment sales experience who are passionate about investment real estate and client advisory services. As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, you will have the opportunity to build your own business within a collaborative, high-performance platform backed by industry-leading marketing, research, transaction support, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced investment sales professionals on complex transactions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, property owners, and institutional clients.
  • Advise clients throughout the acquisition and disposition process for net leased investment properties.
  • Prospect new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Conduct market research, property analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence.
  • Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns for investment opportunities nationwide.
  • Stay informed on market trends, cap rates, financing environments, and industry activity.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and brokerage team members on listings, client strategies, and transactions.
  • Represent The Kase Group with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset.

Successful Advisors Have

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment sales, brokerage, business development, or a related field.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and strong desire to build a long-term career in commercial real estate.
  • A competitive work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Interest in investment sales, net leased assets, and capital markets.
  • A bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
