Analyst and Acquisitions

Bay West Development is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join our team, responsible for evaluating and executing transactions across the West Coast. If you love real estate and want to be part of a collaborative, hands-on culture that strives to compete and win, we want you on our team.

This is a role for someone excited about building a long-term career in real estate and expanding their knowledge well beyond a traditional analyst position. As part of our platform, you'll be embedded in the full deal cycle — from initial underwriting through closing — working directly alongside senior team members from day one. You'll help evaluate investment opportunities, perform market analyses, contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives, report on asset and project performance, and support capital-raising activities, all while gaining exposure to the acquisition, development, and asset management sides of the business.

This is a 1099 salary position + a very compelling and competitive bonus structure on top. Let's chat to discuss!
