The Opportunity

We are seeking an established capital markets professional to help grow our market presence.

This role is designed for an experienced advisor with an existing network of clients and a demonstrated ability to win and execute exclusive financing assignments. You will have significant autonomy to build your business while leveraging LandUP’s capital relationships, technology, marketing resources, and back-office support.

Our focus spans senior and structured debt, mezzanine financing, preferred & JV equity and other bespoke capital solutions across commercial real estate.

Who We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of commercial real estate finance or capital markets experience
• Established relationships with developers, owners, lenders, and investors
• Proven ability to originate and close exclusive financing mandates
• Strong understanding of debt and structured capital
• Entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and highly self-motivated
