IRA partners with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutions, and family offices to acquire and operate high-quality real estate assets.

We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Office Administrator to support our Irvine office. This individual will manage the front desk, welcome visitors, assist employees, and help ensure that daily office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, and provide a welcoming, professional front-desk experience.
  2. Manage incoming/outgoing mail and shipments; coordinate with building management and office vendors as needed.
  3. Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and the office kitchen; monitor and order supplies, snacks, and beverages.
  4. Coordinate conference room scheduling and assist with meeting preparation, including ordering lunches and refreshments.
  5. Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document preparation.
  6. Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned, as responsibilities may shift based on daily office needs.

Qualifications

  1. Previous receptionist, office administration, or customer service experience preferred.
  2. Professional, friendly, and dependable, with excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with senior executives.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  5. Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
  6. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
