Acquisitions Manager

The role

As our Acquisitions Manager, you are the person our sellers meet and trust. This is a field-based closing role — you'll meet motivated sellers in person, evaluate properties on the spot, negotiate directly, and get contracts signed. You own the seller relationship from first conversation to signed agreement, with real earning upside for someone who can connect with people and close deals face-to-face. Because we serve a heavily bilingual market, fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

What you'll do

• Meet with motivated sellers in person and build rapport fast.

• Negotiate purchase prices and terms directly with homeowners.

• Get purchase and sale contracts signed on the spot.

• Run comparable sales (comps) and analyze deals quickly in the field.

• Evaluate properties and estimate repair costs on walkthrough.

• Follow up with leads from our marketing channels — cold calling, direct mail, and digital.

• Communicate deal details back to the team accurately and quickly.

• Manage your pipeline and keep the CRM updated daily.

• Work closely with the disposition and operations team to push deals to close.

Requirements

• Bilingual — fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). You'll work with sellers in both languages every day, so this is essential.

• A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly and makes sellers feel heard, face-to-face.

• A closer — comfortable negotiating in person and asking for the signature on the spot.

• Quick on your feet — able to run comps and size up repairs and deal math in the field, not just at a desk.

• Organized and CRM-disciplined — you document everything daily and trust the process rather than working off memory.

• Self-directed and reliable — a small team needs someone who takes ownership and manages their own pipeline.

• Motivated by commission — you want your earnings tied to what you close, with no cap on the upside.

• Reliable transportation — the role involves traveling to properties and meeting sellers on-site.

Nice to have

• Prior real estate, wholesaling, acquisitions, sales, or high-volume closing experience.

• Familiarity with a CRM (ReSimpli or similar) and dialer/SMS tools.

• Knowledge of the South Florida market (Miami-Dade / Broward / Palm Beach).

No real estate license is required — this is a principal (investor) role, not a brokerage position.

Compensation

We reward performance directly — the more you close, the more you make.

A high-performing acquisitions agent will earn $100,000–$150,000+ annually.

Training period (first 3 months)

• $3,000–$5,000 / month base salary.

• 12.5% commission on every deal you close, on top of base.

• Designed to get you up to speed while you learn our system.

After 3 months

• Base salary drops off.

• 100% commission — 12.5% per deal.

• No cap — the more you close, the more you make.

Location & schedule

Based in South Florida, field-based. Full-time. Reliable transportation required, as the role involves traveling to properties and meeting sellers on-site.
