Asset Management Associate

Tourmaline Capital Partners is a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm focused on Class A and trophy office assets. We own and operate an 8-million-square-foot national portfolio and are seeking an Asset Management Associate to support the execution of business plans across a portfolio of office properties.

The Associate will work closely with leasing, operations, construction, accounting, lenders, and investment partners to drive asset performance and advance strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing lender and investor approval packages, supporting leasing analysis, coordinating capital and tenant improvement projects, monitoring property performance, and managing asset-level reporting and analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in office asset management, along with strong Excel and financial modeling skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset. Experience with underwriting, investor reporting, or construction coordination is a plus.
