Within our multi-faceted organization, the Property Management Division is immediately seeking a Leasing Consultant dedicated to Main and Stone in Greenville, SC.

The purpose of the Leasing Consultant is to assist the Site Manager and the Assistant Manager with the total performance of the apartment property to include efficiency, turnover rate, occupancy, and budgetary performance.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year practical apartment leasing experience or training in sales or marketing. A bachelor’s degree, with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, proper phone etiquette, and basic problem solving skills are a must. Qualified candidates must have the flexibility to work during assigned weekend schedules.
