Job Description

Controller:

Longview Property Group is searching for a Controller for its growing real estate development and management operations. The Controller will be responsible for all accounting, cash management, budgeting/forecasting and lease and loan administration.  Longview is seeking a candidate with accounting or controller experience within the real estate industry or related field.  

The is a high growth position with exposure to all facets of real estate development and management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-service accounting for portfolio of retail, multifamily and land holdings
• Manage loan and banking relationships
• Oversee tenant monthly billings and annual CAM reconciliation
• Prepare and monitor cash flows
• Manage and support external tax professionals
• Oversee accounting staff

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background preferred
• CPA preferred
• Real estate experience preferred
• Self-starter with grit
