Job Description
Scotto Properties is a family owned commercial and residential real estate firm overseeing properties in New Jersey and Florida performing our own leasing, property management, real estate acquisitions, and new construction and development seeking a Corporate Controller.
The Sr. Real Estate Controller is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Excellent communication skills with Finance team and fellow managers are critical to achieve the responsibilities of the position.
We're looking for:
A Sr. level finance professional with experience working for a dedicated real estate or property management firm. This will be someoene with experience managing banking relationships (reconciliations, negotiations) who is strong, able to partner effectively with company leadership and owners and has experience managing other people
