POSITION
Shingobee Real Estate Company, located in the Minneapolis market area, is seeking a Senior Development Manager/Broker. The position is responsible for managing all aspects related to real estate sales, leasing, and development.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Candidates must have a minimum of a four year degree in business or real estate related field
- Prior real estate development and leasing experience
- Real estate license
- Thorough knowledge of the local marketplace
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial pro forma
- Ability to prepare and execute purchase agreements, including lease and sale negotiation
- Manage municipal use permits and approvals
- Coordinate interim and permanent financing
