Job Description
Greystar, a leader in the multifamily housing industry, is currently looking for an Operations and Financial Analyst to sit in Ft Lauderdale or West Palm Beach, FL.
The ideal candidate will be a real estate professional with at least one year of multifamily experience and will be a proactive, organized self-starter with strong writing and analytical skills.
A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred, with a major in real estate, finance or business.
Exceptional writing skills are required to include an exemplary command of grammar and punctuation as well as possessing the ability to write clearly and concisely.
Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary and the ability to quickly learn and master various multifamily property management budgeting and accounting software programs will also be required.
The successful candidate will possess strong multitasking capabilities and will be able to work well alone or with a team of other real estate professionals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Property level reporting
-Market analysis and research
-Due diligence reporting
-Property performance analysis
-Property budget review and troubleshooting
-Generating new business proposals
-Other projects, as assigned
