The successful candidate will be highly motivated; professional; lead by example; property operations; marketing; strong written and verbal communication skills; budgeting expertise; staff developmental skills; financial stewardship; leasing administration; monthly reporting; accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Qualifications
- Five (5) plus years of property management experience in commercial real estate
- Data Center experience a plus
- Prepare and implement annual budget
- Prepare and present monthly business plans
- Reforecasting and quarterly presentations
- Leasing administration
- Customer Relations
