Property Management / Property Leasing
This position is with an established Tulsa based, family operated company. We are seeking an experienced property / asset manager.. The position will be responsible for the management and leasing of approximately 700,000 square feet of retail, office and office warehouse properties located in Tulsa. The position includes lease administration, tenant relations, collections, monitoring appearance, and marketing. The position will have the opportunity to augment base compensation by generating third party brokerage commissions (if licensed), participate in development and acquisition projects.
Duties include, but are not limited to;
Actively market and show available properties
Respond to all leasing inquiries and work with outside Brokers
Negotiate and oversee commercial leasing activities
Facilitate tenant relations, address tenant service requests and complaints
Annual Tenant CAM and expense reconciliation
Coordinate tenant improvement and capital expenditure projects
Track lease related critical dates such as renewal notification, expirations, terminations and options
Identify property maintenance needs and facilitate completion
Act as an “outside” broker in third party transactions
Work closely with owners, providing accurate and timely reporting
5 to 10 years of commercial property management.
Oklahoma Real Estate Broker’s License a plus.
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Software/computer experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook. Knowledge of MS Access a plus
Detail oriented without losing big picture
Works well independently and team player
Development experience a plus
