As the Marketing Associate/RFP Writer, you are responsible for implementing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing the collection, writing, editing, calculating, and maintaining of quantitative and qualitative marketing proposal response information to respond to the client, consultant, and other requests for information on the firm.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to RFP's received from consultants and potential clients by drafting and completing investment proposals.
  • Utilizing software solutions, create and maintain an accurate and persuasive firm, investment process, and product language for sales and consultant relations documents, including RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
  • Coordinate the consolidation of data from the Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Investment, and Accounting Departments for utilization in the RFP/Database process.
  • Deliver reports under strict deadlines, balancing the need for speed and efficiency with quality analysis and crisp writing that enhances ARA's institutional brand.

Your Background

A successful candidate thrives on challenge and significant responsibility and can take critical feedback and make it actionable. You have at least three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the investment management industry as well as an undergraduate degree in business administration.
