Richardson Properties is a real estate investment/development company based in Greensboro, North Carolina.  

We are actively searching for an Asset Manager, who can hit the ground running, for the following property types:

• Office
• Multi-Family
• Industrial
• Retail

Position:

• Help source and structure new joint venture opportunities.
• Assist in modeling and analyzing new real estate investments.
• Work with banks and mortgage brokers to arrange construction and permanent financing.
• Coordinate with investment sale brokers to sell assets.
• Collaborate with attorneys on organizational and loan documents.
• Monitor the progress of projects under construction.
• Work with brokers on property leasing.
• Write memoranda recommending significant actions regarding investments.
• Make presentations to various sized groups (from a handful of people to several hundred).
• Monitor performance of properties in the portfolio and implement changes as needed (renovation, replace personnel, refinance, sale).
• Possibly assist with aspects of a commercial real estate equity syndication.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience in commercial real estate.
• 3-5 years relevant work experience, ideally with both deal procurement and analytical functions.
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills, including the ability to model deal waterfall structures.
• Argus experience ideal.
• Desire to live in Greensboro (but travel to, understand, and invest in markets across the Carolinas and Virginia, possibly including Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Durham, Richmond, etc.).
