If that describes you then here's a little about us. Viking Capital was founded in 2015 by Vikram Raya and Ravi Gupta. Two practicing physicians in the Northern Virginia area, began focusing on raising capital and investing in Apartment complexes in the Atlanta, Georgia area. They have since acquired nearly $150M in real estate over 10+ projects and are scaling accordingly. They added a full time employee in Summer of 17’ and are looking to add another. We’re hiring a skilled admin who will help us grow our business and who wants to grow in real estate. Some of your specific responsibilities would be: - Maintaining communication databases (investor databases- in-house mega excels and IMS) - Maintaining financial records for taxes - Prepping monthly newsletters and marketing materials to send out to investor base - Aiding in admin support during capital raises/ acquisitions (usually 2-3 month process, with confirmations, directions needing to be sent to investors who are funding projects) - Book travel and other misc admin things for team - Providing marketing support in re-branding, creating and optimizing marketing packets for investment offerings. - Aiding in the day to day operations, which change daily, need to be comfortable switching gears and setting priorities. Experience with any of the following software is a bonus: IMS, Asana, Excel, MailChimp, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, spreadsheets of any sort Lastly, If you need a lot of hand-holding or don’t truly enjoy helping others, if you have a short-fuse or lack patience, this position is NOT for you. This position will start out at 20-25 hours per week, but over time, will grow to 40 hours per week. Compensation range will be based on experience. This position is not for an entrepreneur or business owner who is unable to provide the position the passion and priority it needs.
