Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist the acquisitions team in analyzing investment opportunities across various asset classes in Manhattan
· Perform market research and present findings to the company’s top executives
· Participate in site visits of current development projects and create weekly construction status reports
· Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
· Partake in other ad-hoc projects that may arise
REQUIREMENTS
· Major in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance
· Excellent English written and oral communication skills
· Excellent financial modeling skill
· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Interest in real estate
· Ability to thrive under pressure
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
