Production Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an Analyst for a loan origination team in our New York City headquarters. This position provides organizational and analytical support to an Origination Team that delivers various agency and proprietary debt products to multifamily clients, including FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, and Bridge.

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Work on day-to-day business as well as on special projects.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas for helping our clients achieve their financial goals and expand into new platforms.
• The projects you work on will require analytical skills and the ability to solve problems. The specific tasks that you deal with will vary.
• Tasks may include evaluating investment strategies, developing models for refinancing/recapitalization, as well as acquisition financings, preparing market analyses for pitches, or getting involved in the execution of live deals.

• An interest in real estate, business, financial markets, economics, mathematics, either as part of your degree or extra-curricular activities
• Either currently in school for an undergraduate degree or have you completed a degree course in the last two years
