Banner Property Management is a dynamic and growing real estate investment company that offers excellent professional growth opportunities.  We are a national, Northbrook, IL based real estate firm, specializing in the multifamily industry.

We are looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Acquisition Analyst in the identification of retail and apartment property acquisition opportunities in select markets throughout the U.S.   The ideal candidate must be well versed in Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills coupled with superior analytical abilities.  Duties will include contacting owners of investment real estate; working with the brokerage community, enhancing and managing our proprietary database, and assisting with the underwriting and negotiation of new acquisitions.  College degree required.  Some travel required.

• Outstanding capabilities with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of property management concepts and software
• Flexibility in regard to travel

The Acquisition Analyst will work with our acquisition team to identify and underwrite multifamily prospects for acquisition.

Candidates must possess sophisticated communication capabilities coupled with high energy, enthusiasm and persistence.  Proficiency in financial modeling.  College degree required.  Some multifamily real estate experience a plus.  This position involves moderate travel.
