Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Corporate Card Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives and distributes new corporate credit cards; explains policies and procedures.
Provides customer support to card users; enforces the C-card policies, practices & procedures. Closes cards issued to terminated employees.
Troubleshoots problems and acts as a point-of-contact for all program inquiries, problems, suggestions, and for the issuing institution(s).
Monitors and evaluates monthly transactions to ensure compliance with policy and reports any violations.
Compiles and submits applicable program statistics and reports as directed.
Maintains cardholder files; completes and maintains orderly lists of active participants; utilizes the online banking system(s) to make participant changes, updates, cancellations; ensures that all terminated employee C-cards are cancelled.
Other duties may be assigned.

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Associate in Business Administration Degree preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training (corporate treasury or commercial banking operations preferred).

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Good verbal and written communication skills.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Working knowledge of Excel and general computer skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
