Westport Capital Partners LLC (“Westport”) is a growing institutional investment manager operating a series of private equity funds that invest in opportunistic, distressed, value added and core plus real estate.

Westport is seeking an individual with strong analytical skills that has experience evaluating investment opportunities in direct property ownership, real estate debt or other real estate-related financial instruments. Relevant areas of prior experience might include property acquisition analysis and underwriting, distressed real estate debt investing, and securities analysis with an emphasis on REITs or other real estate companies. Strong financial modeling skills are a must. Good written and verbal communication skills required. Property asset management experience is a plus. The individual we seek possesses a high degree of integrity, good judgment, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree minimum, from a leading university.
-Minimum two to three years of relevant work experience.
-Solid references.
