Arc Capital Partners -- founded by 25+ year veterans, Quincy Allen and Neville Rhone -- is a Los Angeles-based real estate platform that invests in urban mixed-use environments to capture millennial growth.  We recently formed a platform with Belay Investment Group, a CalSTRS investment advisor, that positions us to acquire and reposition another $400 - $450 million of commercial real estate primarily in California and Texas. We are therefore seeking to add to our team to support the significant growth of our business.

Job Description (Analyst):

We are seeking a full-time analyst to be an integral part of our team and assist in implementation of business plans, investor reporting, oversight of property/construction management teams and underwriting/managing of commercial real estate. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and want to be instrumental in building a special company. Responsibilities include:

• Asset management of the current portfolio
• Investor reporting to high net worth and institutional investors
• Project-level modeling, underwriting, market research and due diligence
• Implementing property-level business plans
• Monitoring budgets and idea creation for additional value 
• Investment committee and client presentations

Qualifications:

• An intellectually curious, resourceful and proactive team player
• Bachelor’s degree. Ideally suited for those with strong leadership, financial and analytical skills
• 1-2 years of professional experience in real estate.  Real estate private equity, real estate development or operating company, investment banking or investment sales a plus. Will consider internship experience to satisfy this requirement
• Strong skills in financial analysis and modeling with excel.  Argus experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal communication and writing
