Job Description

Title:                 Financial Analyst

Department:    Financial Planning & Analysis

Reports To:     Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location:         New York, New York

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial analysis and support for property budgeting, corporate model, lease analyses, capital expense projections, quarterly reporting and other requests

• Prepare NPV lease analyses

• Update Argus models and Leasing Assumption models based on leasing activity and assumptions

• Update Argus models with operating expenses and capital projects

• Maintain corporate model with up-to-date Argus projections

• Assist with quarterly reporting of data including rent roll information and various statistics

• Produce ad hoc scenario analyses and reports as necessary

Qualifications:

• Four year degree with major in finance, economics, or related degree

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Argus DCF

• R programming experience a plus.

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience with real estate financial analysis, including cash flow modeling
