Job Description
Under supervision of the Director - Facility Operations, the Real Estate Manager will oversee real estate related activities to include, but not limited to property inspections, maintenance request, PM scheduling, office space leasing, office space build-outs, capital project management, manager FF&E installation for new office locations and construction management of other projects as directed. Manages all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial or office properties. Oversees property management activities of assigned properties. Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all stakeholders, property owners, vendors, and contractors.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate plus a minimum of 5-years commercial real estate experience in property management, leasing or real estate accounting preferred.
The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees and competencies:
- Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
- Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
- Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
