Position entails knowledge and experience in NY rent stabilization laws, leasing, DHCR rules, property registration etc
A major plus is knowledge & experience with managing LIHTC/affordable housing/HUD etc
Minimum 5 years in property management
Knowledge in HPD, ECB, DOB violations & their removals
