Real Estate Private Equity Fund New York, New York

We are working with a well-established, NY-based real estate, growth private equity fund that takes equity positions in real estate operating companies.  They recently raised a new fund with more than $1billion AUM as they continue to invest and manage their existing funds.  They would like to add 1-3 year Associates with strong corporate finance skills (including the ability to build three statement operating modeling from scratch) and a strong interest in the real estate sector. Real estate experience from a private equity fund and investment banking program is preferred.  Analysts must have outstanding fundamental analytical skills including LBO/M&A financial modeling proficiency, and the ability to conduct deep due diligence of a private company.
