Our DOWNTOWN Los Angeles based client, a privately held commercial property management company is seeking someone to oversee all aspects of the day to day operation of 15 properties: office, retail, warehouse. This includes repair/maintenance, tenant relations, collaborating with in-house maintenance team of ten and establishing relations with vendors and contractors for a $300-500 M portfolio. Able to work independently, you'll be showing spaces, drafting /negotiating leases, ensuring facilities are well maintained is required.MUST be able to read leases, input details into Yardi accounting system and prepare budgets. Position reports to the COO with communication lines open to partners. Eventually providing leadership will be required. Ability to work independently is required. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Salary will be commensurate with experience. JOIN company renovating the area. Freeway close, train station close by, parking is paid for.
