Pay Rate Range: $120,000-150,000 base with GP EQUITY in every deal
Full / Part Time: Full-time 1099 position
Location Remote but candidates from San Antonio, Houston or Austin TX required only.
Report to: CEO
Experience Level: Mid-senior (5 years minimum in underwriting and sourcing deals)

Must Have

Existing contacts and relationships to source Multifamily opportunities
Currently located in San Antonio, Houston or Austin TX
Exceptional underwriting and market understanding to be able to find the top 1% of deals
